Steve Hane, President & CEO
Steve Hane brings more than 20 years of telecommunications
market experience to the task of leading Picolight. In roles ranging from VP of Business Development for LightPointe, as well
as the VP of North American Sales for ADC Telecommunications’ Business Broadband Group, Steve has experience in all aspects
of new venture growth, from inception to annualized run rates of $500 million. He has extensive experience in partnership
development, market development, and sales strategy for businesses ranging from component level on through full system
integration efforts in metro and access network architectures. Steve holds a Bachelor of Geological Engineering degree from
the University of Minnesota Institute of Technology.
